Return Process

Our team will review your submission within 48 hours to confirm eligibility based on the item's condition and the specific liquidation category.
- 3.Package and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send them back.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
